Whybirds were by far the cheapest ...... and unfortunately for very good reason. A distinct lack of communication between office staff, operations and packers made the first encounter with the packers uncomfortable who arrived without the brief of a full load. The packers (show front of the company) were derogatory about the office staff, and then "cherry picked" what was packed. I was told by the main person that he determined what was to be taken, not me. All I could think about during the uplift was the Benny Hill theme tune! The delivery in Cairns was with another company, and they were brilliant ...... chalk and cheese. Needless to say, we didn't use them for the second uplift, opting to pay more for a FAR SUPERIOR ATTITUDE a professional SERVICE.

DO NOT USE, Save yourself alot of heart ache, the worst removalist company I have experienced, the are rough with your furniture, then will list everything as being scratched, or dented or soiled in someway, they gladly accept your insurance payment but on damaging your goods will fall back onto their listing of everything being poor condition on pickup, my possesions were close to new and nothing like the descriptions they gave, Even there packaging was torn and clearly see where goods had been dragged or thrown around yet they made sure they could cover themselves, I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN, NOR RECOMMEND THEM, very much a low budget back yard type outfit. They will also pass you round a number of personal so you have no idea whom to contact. Very poor service their pricing reflects their workmanship and standards very cheap.. research other reviews online about them all are the same nothing but dissapointment, .
